Miku Japanese Restaurant at Doncaster, Victoria
As a part of my food experience.
Miku Japanese Restaurant is on Blackburn Road, Doncaster where is near Doncaster Shoppingtown,
This restaurant is real Japanese Restaurant even there are many of Japanese 'style' restaurants (non-Japanese are owner and chef)., there are Japanese chef and Japanese waiter/waitress.
Actually Miku/未来/みく is both one of Japanese Female's first name and it means future.
They are opening from lunch time to dinner time, but frankly speaking you need to make a reservation for dinner time otherise you have to wait longer or miss because there are only around 20 seats and Take away is also available.
In facility, there are, sushi dining area, dining tables, take away booth and toilet.
At this time, I sit dining table with friends, we ordered Egg Plant with Miso sauce (Nasu Dengaku/なす田楽) and Tempura plates/天ぷらの盛り合わせ (fish and vegetables) as entree and Japanese tea and apple cider for drink.
Then we ordered Dragon Salmon Roll and Teriyaki Beef Spare Rib as Main Meal.
Dragon is really nice because they cooked at sushi table and salmon is still fresh, it is same as eating in Japan. Beef Teruyaki Spare Rib is also delicious but it is a bit sweet and tough for eating. I recommend people should share these meals, these menu is really tough for eating alone.
Then We enjoyed Macha Ice Cream with Rice Cake and Red Beans Paste/抹茶アイスの大福餅とあずき載せ, it is really tasty.
Rice Cake is available also as take away.

Conclusion, Miku's menu is absolutely Japanese Cuisine, There are many Japanese Drinks such as non-alcohol beverages, Beer and Sake, Japanese raw fish plate, takoyaki, curry rice etc, you are able to enjoy many of famous Japanese foods here, when you miss Japanese foods, you should go to eat here.
