Four Points by Sheraton Desaru is one of affordable hotel where is located in Bandar Penawar, Johor closer with the famous beach Desaru Coast, this is good for everyone when you come to Desaru Coast for either business or leisure purposes and they are one of Marriott Hotels, you can earn and redeem Marriott Hotels rewards program Marriott Bonboy and Club Marriott Malaysia participate hotels.

Four Points by Sheraton Desaru was opened on 18th November 2021, one of Malaysia's newest Marriott hotels and Four Points by Sheraton brands, you can see the their nice design and facilities in reception, restaurant and guest room floors by my Instagram

I booked Deluxe King Room via Club Marriott Malaysia with buy 1 and get 1 free night which is I only needed to pay for 1 night rate.

Fortunately, I have got Premier King Room by complementary room upgrade because I'm currently Marriott Bonboy Gold Elite member (eligible for complametary room upgrade once available.).

The Premier King Room is so BIG '48sqm/516sgft'
This is enough for home exercise etc. this room was really comfortable for me, no anu stress

My room is included breakfast during my stay in The Mesh restaurant, located in 1st floor and opposite swimming pool
.
The breakfast is bufett style, you can enjoy local Malaysian food (Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng etc.), Chinese food (Porridge and noodle soup, Western food (Egg, Sausage, Waffle, Smoked Salmon, Bread etc.), they also have Barista Coffee, Teh Tarik and other cold and hot beverages.

But I had healthier this time due to controlling and reduce my weight.

I also had Oxtail soup for my light lunch before leaving hotel for going to back to Kuala Lumpur

I also tried Ice cream in this restaurant, I choose chocolate with OLEO cookie powder.

And I had The Mesh's signature drink NITRO RUSH in the swimming pool.
Overall, I really love this hotel because there is nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
I really recommend to stay there when you go to Desaru Coast. 

You still can go to Desaru Coast by complementary shuttle bus to The Westin Desaru Coast Resort or Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas, of course you can enjoy at Desaru beach with taking nice photo, relaxing and drinking. But for the bus timing, please ask reception for latest timetables.

And just saying, the room late is vary but I highly recommend to book the room via Martiot website or Marriott Bonboy apps and for Club Marriott Members (CMM), you ca get discount once you access from CMM app.

How to get there from Kuala Lumpur?
1 By car: drive North South Expressway and Senai Desaru Expressway (SDE) 

2. Published transport: take express bus from Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) to Bandar Penawar bus and taxi station for about 6 hours (RM40-50 one way) and then take taxi (approximately RM15-20).

As a part of my food experience. Grill’d is in Southern Cross station where the old Great Southern Railway ticket box used to be. It is a chain store.   In the past six months that they have been opened there have been many promotions. TGI Fridays

TGI Fridays is a chain store which serves American food and drinks. I have been to the one in Melbourne and South Yarra and both have equally just as good service. The service there is very friendly and I remembered last time where we talked about the Football. It was during the finals that I went with RNIS. We had heaps of fun arguing over the footy teams. I go for the Cats and Newintstudents goes for the Bombers. The place is always noisy and people love just drinking there. They do happy hour there but we don't drink. I have always enjoyed TGI Fridays for their Jack Daniel's ribs and brownie. At the last one I had their burgers and RNIS had a veggie burger. The food was alright. Here they have lunch specials which includes a drink for $9.95, $14.95 for two courses and $19.95 for three courses. The food is always big and very tasty. And their food always come out fast. Little Ipoh via Menulog by RNIS

Ordering via Menulog is simple and really easy. Its also good for when I don't have time to wait for takeaway orders at the restaurant. Its also great for when you don't want to order by phone in case they lose your order. Did you know that there is about 3,500+ restaurants online? I did not know that. I could also be in pj's if I was getting a delivery; studying for my latest test or exam. I ordered lunch at Little Ipoh. Using it was quick and easy and I could easily pay by Paypal which was a faster and more secure way of paying. Menulog is a great way of ordering as they call you when they get your order and you'll also get an sms confirming your order. But at Little Ipoh I had to wait a little while for my takeaway. Whilst I ordered roti by itself ($5) I didn't mind the sauce as I got to try it. It was a chickpea curry but it was cold.
