Miam Miam at Chadstone Shopping Centre

G'day Everyone,
Today is my day off both school and work since last Sunday as early Easter break,
At this morning, I took the bus to Chadstone Shopping Capital.
There is a very good atmosphere because today is before starting Easter weekend. They is going to open until 9 pm as late shopping hours. Of course tomorrow here will be closed for Good Friday.

Now I am going to introduce Miam Miam Restaurant (Japanese and French) where is in Chadstone Shopping Capital as known one of Melbourne's biggest shopping mall 
You can see their design including menu is like French style when you past this restaurant. (See the photo also), this is really nice.

Atmosphere
We ordered Miam Miam Spaghetti (one of Miam Miam's signature menu) and Squid Ink Spaghetti (Papular in Miam Miam's seafood Manu) as main dish, Vanilla Soufflé as dessert and Ice Matcha Latte with Softee (Cream on top) and Ice Coffee with Softee as drink.

Miam Miam Special Spaghetti is Spaghetti Carbonara, it is a very good volume and quality, there have Bacon, Soft Boilled Egg, Tomato, Basil. The size is also better for everyone. I thought I really need a big size for this Manu but it was really enlighten for me at this time.




Squid Ink Spaghetti

Squid Ink Spaghetti, their tastes are really nice and spicy but it is really not very spicy, so I think many Asian people can enjoy this menu.




Matcha Latte with Matcha Softee is Miam Miam's higgly recommended drink, this is very delicious drink and Ice Coffee with Softee is also quietly nice

Their Food and drink Menus are really good quality. I absolutely enjoyed the Miam Miam Spaghetti whilst RMIT newint student really enjoyed Squid Ink Spaghetti and Matcha Latte.
Finally we shared Vanilla Soufflé It was nicely sweet and delicious, We prefer more big size should be organized for Soufflés

Verdict: I really love this restaurant with really great skilled waiter/waitress. By the way, the cost is higher about $20-$30. I recommend you should be ready to have at least $20 (Food and drinks) or debit/credit card.
Do visit when you go shopping in Chadstone Shopping Capital, or when you go to Fitness First (gym) Chadstone.

As a part of my food experience. Grill’d is in Southern Cross station where the old Great Southern Railway ticket box used to be. It is a chain store.   In the past six months that they have been opened there have been many promotions. I was invited by FullerPR and RNIS to dine here for their Good Food Month. Good Food Month is in November and Southgate always puts on their Good Food Month events where dishes are less than $40 which includes wine. Participating restaurants showcase their signature dishes and this was no exception. Entrée of wood ear mushrooms (middle), bread (left) and octopus carpachio (right). The service here was splendid, although they forgot RNIS's booking and RNIS had to remind them. The place was clean and open and I enjoyed playing with my new camera here. As my latest V/line review 2014 V/Line is the largest public transport for regional Victoria, Australia areas such as Geelong, Bendigo, Ballarat and Gippsland etc. In the past two years, Victorian's public transport system has been changed, myki card (IC card) replaced paper ticket (except long distance), extra rail services are provided for V/Line services, and new platforms were made.
