Leandros's 365




Hi everyone,

Now time to write about my latest program as i have been doing very well around Australia, Japan Singapore and India during this year.

I am going to share with you about my fitness challenge Leandros 365.

Leandros 365 defines my health and fitness challenge in 365 days (one year), 2014.
Simply, I always have to do any exercises, workouts or running everyday everywhere.

As at January 2014, my weight is 93 kg (of course increased) what is happened? I ate unhealthy foods such as junk food, fish and chips, Chinese food at all time (break fast, lunch and dinner).

I always feel ridiculous about around my fiends always enjoy Malaysian Food, Fijian food and Chinese Food everyday, so I was NOT able to reduce eating these foods, but as I know, everyone never understand why I am doing this program, but I do not mind, but i just want to stop eating to much and I want to lose my weight.

When I start this program, I set these commitment following

  1. I do not normally eat meal after 10 pm. 
  2. I do not normally eat rice or bread, or noodles in dinner time.
  3. I must do walking at least 30 minutes if I have lack of time to do any workouts at the gym.
  4. I always have coffee or tea without sugar.
About my supplement before workout, I always have protein and energy drinks by bottle, therefore I have healthy meal before two hours of start my workout

. This protein ball contains high protein, I recommend you should have at least two to be effective. 



About my work out, I normally do training at Fitness First brunches because I am able to go anywhere including interstate (NSW, QLD etc,)

From May 2014, I started to join Hot Flow Yoga class, I have been doing at least five days a week. It is really good for my mental and my body control. Of course this class is really hot but I have NO any issues so i can do it.

I have done running at Bondi Beach in May and July 2014 when I went to Sydney., I ran over 5 km each time.

Finally, I did over 10 kg weight loss by Hot Flow Yoga, running, Lifting and X* as at 1st November 2014 since early this year!
