I share the review of St. Regis Kuala Lumpur with you, but this is my apologies, this staycation was from 8 to 9 December 2018, 3D2N before Covid-19 Pandemic, many things were already different here

Due to Christmas countdown, there are Christmas Decorations in the entrance band lobby.

My room was St. Regis Suite, actually my room was upgraded by one of my Marriott Bonvoy status benefits. I was holding Platinum Elite status, I was entitled to get room upgrade (including suite rooms), complementary breakfast and complementary laundry service (maximum 4 items) etc.

Overall of my St. Regis experience, I really enjoyed even there was only 1D2N and this was my first time stay under St. Regis brand, It was a really good memory.
I strongly recommend you to stay here next time for your birthday and any other special celebrations.

I was invited to dine here with RNIS and by Zilla and Brook. Hooked is in Hawthorn on Glenferrie Road near Swinburne Uni. They are a seafood shop which was popular in Brunswick st Fitzroy and now they have opened shop in Hawthorn. On the Friday night that we went it was steady. The food that we tried was really good. We tried many seafood dishes such as Salt and Pepper Calamari, Squid, Fish Bites and Slaw and other things. Their aim is to be healthy and that is what they did. Their food was not too oily and was well balanced. Do come and try it for yourself and you'll love the freshness of the food.

I was invited by FullerPR and RNIS to dine here for their Good Food Month. Good Food Month is in November and Southgate always puts on their Good Food Month events where dishes are less than $40 which includes wine. Participating restaurants showcase their signature dishes and this was no exception. Entrée of wood ear mushrooms (middle), bread (left) and octopus carpachio (right). The service here was splendid, although they forgot RNIS's booking and RNIS had to remind them. The place was clean and open and I enjoyed playing with my new camera here. Lunch at Grill'd in 29th March 2014

As a part of my food experience. Grill’d is in Southern Cross station where the old Great Southern Railway ticket box used to be. It is a chain store.   In the past six months that they have been opened there have been many promotions. I can remember the free slushy days to promote their Virgin Mary’s (by the way they have alcohol for all the footy fans wanting to enjoy a beer afterwards) I had a buy one burger get one free voucher and there was an AFL game that day (St Kilda vs GWS Giants at Etihad) so I wanted to check this place out. I have walked by this clean and lovely place many times but had not gone in. All those times was when I was rushing to go home on the train. Like other Grill’ds this one had all the same burgers. But they differ in quality. Whilst others were bad this one was good. I thoroughly enjoyed the Bombay bliss whilst Happy Leandro enjoyed the Mighty Melbourne burger.
